Hart's Cafe, Wayzata, on Lake Minnetonka Greeting Card by Graphic Designer Rich Sladek.

Hart’s Cafe was opened in Wayzata in 1927. It was built and operated by Hart Du Prey and was remodeled in the 1950s and survived until 1983. Sunset’s Wayzata was there for 25 years, closing in 2014. The Cov has been there since 2014, located in downtown Wayzata along the shores of Lake Minnetonka on Wayzata Bay.
